Brother Petcock, was killed by a Hit & Run
Driver on Sat May 2, while on his way to the Texas State
Meet & Greet. He was
a beloved Husband, Father and true Brother.
We miss you!

Howard
Dougherty |

While Howard and Ron (Ronbo)
Hall were about mid way through their Butt Burner ride,
Howard went down about a mile north of Athens, Alabama.. His
wife Tess was on the back. She was hospitalized with bad
road rash and a several
broken bones.
Howard left his Wife Tess and 2 girls behind. |

Don "Jester" Sever |

Brother Don “JESTER” Sever has laid down his working tools.
Brother “JESTER” was a charter member of the Freemasons RC,
and the 1st member in California. He was a proud member of
the FMRC.
Brother Jester was also an officer at El Bekel Shrine in
Anaheim.
Brother Don was 74 years old.
Please keep him and his widow Sue, along with his family in
your thoughts and prayers. |

Brother Van Hicks |

Brother Van H. Hicks laid down his
working tools and went to his Lord August 19, 2010 in Casper,
Wyoming.
His wife and friends were with him for his journey.
Van is survived by a large family including his wife
Carolyn, daughter Kathryn, six Grandchildren.
Van was very active in Masonry. He became a Mason in 1964.
A few of us had the pleasure to meet Van in Oatman, AZ on
the 3rd Annual Run to the Sun. It was there, that he became
interested in the FMRC, and joined within a few days.
Please keep him, his wife Carolyn and his Family in your
thoughts and prayers. |

MW John "JJ"
Krom, PGM
1945-2011
Our Brother was born in
Poughkeepsie, New York December 7,1945. He spent his early
years in New York and
Reno Nevada, until relocating to California in 1956. He
received his education in the public school system and
attended college at Valley College.
Brother John worked as a musician, and an actor until
finally settling on a career in the steel industry.
MW Brother John had an illustrious career in both Blue Lodge
Masonry and our Appendant and Concordant Bodies.
He was initiated, Passed and Raised in Arizona Lodge #2,
serving as its Master in 1995. He served on several
Grand Lodge Committees and was a principal in the foundation
of the Arizona Masonic Foundation for Children before being
appointed by MW Bill Jeffers to the progressive Grand Lodge
Line, and serving as Grand Master for the 2002/2003 Grand
Lodge term.
Our Brother served as the leader of all three of his York
Rite Bodies, as well as being appointed to several Grand
York Rite positions.
In the Scottish Rite MW John was the director of the
work for the 14th, 19th, and 32nd degrees, and received
his KCCH designation in 2001.
Our Brother also served the following organizations with
distinction:
Arizona Research Lodge # 1
El Zaribah Shrine
West Valley High Twelve
Saguaro Council Allied Masonic Degrees
York Rite Sovereign College
Our Brother was a true Mason, both
in and outside the Lodge and will be missed by all who knew
him.
